At Cutting Edge Cookies, all our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and tailored to your specifications. To ensure a smooth process and mutual understanding, please review the following policy prior to placing your order:

💰 Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order date.
• Full payment is due 5 days prior to your scheduled pickup.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Late or non-payment may result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

❌ Returns & Refunds

• All cookies are custom-made and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, cancelled events, or dissatisfaction with confirmed design choices.
• In the unlikely event of a significant error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup, accompanied by photos, so we can review the matter.
